Heath is the driving force behind Fate Real Estate — bringing deep experience, genuine passion, and a hands-on understanding of property that few in the industry can match.

With over 23 years of real-world experience across building, construction, renovations, renewable energy, and property development, Heath doesn’t just work in real estate — he understands it from the foundations up. Every decision he makes is grounded in practical knowledge, strategic thinking, and a commitment to achieving the best possible outcome for his clients.

Clients value Heath for his honesty, clarity, and calm confidence. He takes the time to explain the process, identify real opportunities, and guide vendors through their sale with transparency and purpose.

Built on Real Trade Experience

Before real estate, Heath built and led a nationally recognised contracting business, operating across Victoria and Western Australia, delivering projects in electrical, plumbing, gas fitting, air-conditioning, solar power, roofing, renovations, excavation, and large-scale construction.

Heath is:

- A licensed contractor across seven trades

- A fully qualified Electrician, Plumber & Gas Fitter

- Qualified in Solar PV & Grid-Connect Inverter Systems

- Air-conditioning licensed

- Certificate IV in Building & Construction

- Fully Licensed Real Estate Agent

This background allows Heath to see what others don’t — understanding not just what a property is, but what it can become.

Strategy, Vision & Proven Results

From the age of 18, Heath has been involved in large-scale student accommodation, including 7 and 9-bedroom homes with NDIS leases, long before these models became mainstream.

This early exposure shaped a strategic mindset focused on:

What began as a passion for property quickly turned into a standout performance in real estate — achieving 23 sales and 23 record-breaking results.

With a background spanning wellness coaching, business development, and operations management, Amanda has always been drawn to people-focused work. Her passion lies in helping others feel supported, understood, and confident throughout what can often be a stressful or emotional journey.

As a qualified personal trainer and wellness coach, Amanda spent years working closely with clients both in person and online, guiding them through meaningful change — not just physically, but mentally and emotionally as well. This experience shaped her natural ability to listen, empathise, and meet people exactly where they are.

Clients often describe Amanda as calm, approachable, and uplifting — someone who makes the process feel easier, lighter, and far less overwhelming.
